Charleston Riverview Hotel

• The Charleston Riverview is in the process of renovating the hotel to become a full service Marriott. All of the available sleeping rooms have been completely renovated and are beautifully appointed with Marriott pillowtop bedding, stylish furniture, and luxurious bath. They are, however, still renovating the outside of the hotel as well as the lobby, pool area, and fitness facility. The AAA Three-Diamond Charleston Riverview Hotel is located on the Ashley River, approximately one mile from the historic district and 10 miles from Charleston International Airport. It's six blocks from the marina and four miles from Patriot's Point.

  Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool and sundeck, exercise room, gift shop, marble lobby, and Ashley's Cafe and Ashley's Lounge. The hotel also offers room service, valet laundry service, guest laundry facilities, free weekday newspapers, and free parking.

  All rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, individual temperature controls, cable TV with pay-per-view movies and Nintendo games, dataports, voicemail, writing desks, armchairs, coffee/tea makers, radio alarm clocks, hairdryers, irons and ironing boards, and separate hanging closets.
